The Abuser Registry is established under Ohio law to list individuals who have committed acts of abuse, neglect, misappropriation, failure to report, and/or prohibited sexual relations that meet the criteria for placement registry. Individuals listed in the registry are prohibited from working with individuals with disabilities.
