Description

The Clean Needle exchange program provides sterile needles, syringes and other injection equipment for used needles to help combat blood-borne diseases such as hepatitis and HIV. Participants can exchange one clean needle for one dirty needle, up to 50 needles and will never leave with more needles than they bring in.
