Summit County Homeless Outreach Intake Center | Community Support Services

Identifies and attempts to introduce individuals who are homeless and experiencing mental illness or substance use disorders into the social services/ behavioral healthcare service delivery system. Services include case management and referrals to other supportive services. The Homeless Outreach Center offers showers, laundry facilities, and a telephone for homeless individuals to use.

Serves Summit County adults who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, have severe and persistent mental illness or chronic substance abuse, and are not currently engaged in treatment.
