Description
Assists individuals assess job readiness, personal strengths and professional interests. Helps individuals develop training and education plans, timelines, and goals. Works to establish mentoring relationships with leading industry experts to reintegrate them to the community. Other Program Assistance: - Training may include community college and/or a series of workshops. - Assists Service members with a 70% or greater disability rating find meaningful trades, careers, and small business opportunities through short-term vocational education and apprenticeships.
