Application process

- Call the office or visit the website for more information. - Contact the Cuyahoga or the Summit County Developmental Disabilities Board, depending on where client resides. - Once approved for County Board services, client can select the HELP Foundation as the agency to provide their residential services.

Fee

Varies according to service. The program is funded by the Summit County Developmental Disabilities Board, through Waiver programs, and sometimes directly from an individual if they do not qualify for Waiver Services.
