Description

Distributes naloxone (Narcan) medication to individuals at risk of opioid/opiate overdose and to their friends and family in an effort to reduce fatal overdoses. Provides training and education on the safe and proper use of Narcan in overdose prevention. Narcan is an antidote to opioid/opiate overdoses including Heroin and prescription painkillers (Percocet, OxyContin, Oxycodone, Vicodin, Morphine, Fentanyl and so forth). Also offers Fentanyl test strips that show whether fentanyl, carfentanil, or other related dangerous chemicals are mixed in with street drugs.
