Nicotine replacement is given as part of coaching process and may only be available once the client has met certain coaching goals. Coaching can be on-going; however; individuals can only receive nicotine replacement once in a 12 month period.

Description

Provides a coaching program for people who want to quit using tobacco. Trained counselors guide and support the client throughout the quitting process using phone calls, text messages, and a quit plan maintained through a phone app and/or web site. Eligible, enrolled clients receive a free, four-week supply of nicotine replacements (in the form of patches, gum, or lozenges). If the caller has insurance, and it is a company that is working with (funding) the quit line, they may be able to receive up to an 8 week supply.
