Eligibility

  • Residents of Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky ages 18 and over
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Pass academic aptitude assesment in reading and math
  • 250% of the federal poverty level
  • Pass a drug test
  • Must have no felony or misdemeanor convictions on record
  • Medical Assistant training requires prior experience in medical field.

Application process

New Citylink clients must attend an in-person info session, held on Mondays at 10:00 a.m. and Wednesdays at 1:00 p.m. Call or fill-out online form to register.

Provides free 3 week Patient Care Assistant (PCA), 6 week Phlebotomy, and 16 week and Medical Assistant trainings. A 3 week internship in a medical setting is included following training completion. Includes career counseling and connections to employment along with a variety of supportive services.
