- Serves residents of the City of Brunswick, Brunswick Hills, Valley City, or Hinckley. - Due to very limited funds, most assistance may be available every 12 months per household. - Must have shut-off notice for utility assistance. - Must go through Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) first, if applicable for gas or electricity assistance.
