Call or go online to request a reservation. *Advanced reservations can be made 14 days to 24 hours in advance and are encouraged. Same day requests are limited by availably. *Mobility Passport: call or go online to access the application. Proof of age (ID) or proof of disability (Social Security Award Letter or a letter from a medical physician documenting the permanent disability) are required to apply for the discounted rates.

Provides curb-to-curb (door-to-door) automobile transportation throughout Fairfield County by request. *Trips outside of Fairfield County require a 48 hour reservation in advance and limited based on availability. *Mobility Passport: provides discounts for adults over the age of 65 or individuals with a disability.
