Licensed healthcare and other professionals (physicians, lawyers, dentists, nurses and pharmacists) age 18 and older who are chemically dependent.
Hours vary greatly, depending upon the level of care needed. The mentor will work with the individual's schedule and will organize appointments to suit them. The inpatient program runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Day treatment program involves a least 6 hours per day. Intensive outpatient program involves at least 3 hours per day. Treatment day/evening hours are M-Th: 10:00am-1:00pm and 6:30pm-9:30pm.

Phone for an appointment, M-F: 8:00am-4:30pm. A referral is not required but a client may be referred through their human resource person, EAP person, or their personal physician.

The mentoring program is free. Inpatient, day treatment, and intensive outpatient programs are a fixed fee, with third party payment accepted. Accepts private health insurance, Medicaid and Medicare. Fees may be discounted for the uninsured or the underinsured. Financial assistance available as well as payment plans.

Description

Provides individual and group alcohol and/or drug addiction counseling to licensed professionals (physicians, lawyers, dentists, nurses and pharmacists). Counseling focuses on the consequences of addiction and how it can impair work performance. Clients work on developing a healthy recovery program within their professional roles and address the requirements mandated by their respective licensure and monitoring boards. Glenbeigh is an approved provider of the Ohio State Medical Board and the Ohio State Dental Board.
