Program provides a missing persons locator service in 90 countries around the world. Guidelines for using the service are: the inquirer should be searching for a near relative. The inquirer must be able to provide essential information about the missing person. The Salvation Army reserves the right to accept or reject any request for services based on consideration of reasonableness, feasibility, or notice.
