Provides therapies designed to increase mobility, independence, and flexibility. Treatments deal with conditions that strain joints and muscles from problems as common as overuse to complex conditions such as brain injury, stroke, Parkinson's Disease, and multiple sclerosis. Phone to make an appointment at any site through centralized scheduling M-Su: 7:00am-11:00pm. Family health center intake hours are M-F: 8:00am-5:00pm. May also make an appointment online.
Fee
Third-party payment accepted, including Medicaid and Medicare. Those who have no health insurance must have household income at or below 400% of federal poverty guidelines to apply for financial help. Financial Counselors will screen uninsured for Marketplace insurance, Medicaid, or hospital charity eligibility. Patients who qualify for charity might not always have a 100% of bill covered. Those who have an outstanding bill may be able to recieve a payment plan on a case-by-case basis.

Pediatric therapy is for ages through 17. No age or other restrictions.
