Provides Certified Application Counselors to assist individuals in navigating the Health Insurance Marketplace. The Certified Application Counselor assess for individual health insurance needs, educates about basic health insurance issues, provides information on health insurance plans, helps individuals register and obtain health insurance through the Marketplace, and screens for expanded Medicaid eligibility.
