Produces a comprehensive list of the telephone numbers, and in many cases addresses, of shelters, meal sites, public health facilities, legal services, and other service providers in Cuyahoga County which assist the homeless in emergency situations. List is updated annually.

Application process

Lists are provided to agencies for distribution to clients. Those who need one copy or a few copies should phone M-F: 9:00am-4:00pm or leave a message 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week including complete name and address, and list will be sent. However, the fastest way to obtain the card is by downloading it from the web site.

The goal of the organization is to break the cycle of poverty and homelessness.
