Provides a job training program that simulates a typical work day in an effort to develop job skills and familiarity with employment situations. Services include resume development, job interviewing skills, career counseling and possible job placement.

Ages 18 and over who reside in Cuyahoga County and who are unemployed, underemployed, veterans, or ex-offenders. Targets but not limited to African-Americans.
