Provides registration of and public record information about sexual offenders living in the county. Provides notification by mail to residents who live within 1,000 feet of an offender adjudicated as a sexual predator or habitual sex offender (when imposed by the court) or any sex offender who committed an aggravated sexually oriented offense. Provides data to update the Ohio Attorney General's searchable database of sex offenders. Handles complaints and reports of sexually oriented offenders within its jurisdiction.
