Application process

Contact by phone to make a referral. Families can refer themselves or be referred by someone else (teacher, medical provider, friend, etc.).

Fee

Fees are charged on a sliding scale based on household income. Most households qualify for services at no cost.

Eligibility

Eligibility is based on results of an evaluation completed by KEIS staff. Children between birth and age 3 may be eligible if they are:

  • suspected of having a developmental delay, or
  • medically diagnosed with a condition that may result in developmental delay as the child ages
