Provides legal representation to eligible people in unruly and delinquency matters. Also provides legal representation for parents of children who have been removed from the home by the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS), mainly dependency, abuse, and neglect cases. Will also represent incarcerated parents who are involved in a county custody case.
