Youth Agricultural Programs (4-h Club) | Boone County Extension Service
Offers a voluntary, informal education program for youth. Members work on a project of their choice related to animals, engineering, family/consumer sciences, health, plant, or social sciences. Members may also participate in camping activities, leadership conferences, awards programs, and community service activities.

Application process
<p>Enrollment required. Printable enrollment forms are available <a href="https://boone.ca.uky.edu/4h-youth-development" target="_blank" rel="noopener" class="underline text-blue-700">online</a>. Completed enrollment forms may be returned in-person or by mail, fax, or email. Enrollment is valid from September 1st-August 31st of each year.</p>
Fee
<p>Kentucky 4-H clubs/groups do not have membership dues. 4-H may involve pay-as-you-go fees for participation in specific learning activities.</p>
Eligibility
<p>Open to youth between the ages of 5-18 who reside in Boone County. Some clubs may have additional age restrictions for participants.</p>
