An application may be picked up at Coshocton County Job and Family Services from the front desk. The application needs to be complete in order to be processed. If you are working that means 30 days of income verification or a letter from employer. If you are attending school, you will need to turn in a class schedule, past class grades and transcript and verification of how you are meeting your current living expenses. If you are working with the O.W.F program you need to have a Self Sufficiency Contract signed.
