Phone for an appointment at any of the sites. Calling hours by site are: Glenbeigh Hospital, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; all other sites M-F: 8:30am-5:00pm.

Eligibility

Any individual, age 18 or older, who is experiencing symptoms of chemical dependency. There is no county residency requirement.
