-Limit to one approval in each PRC Budget year. -Must be the primary custodian or legal guardian of at least one minor child - defined as under 18 or under 19 and enrolled in high school full time. -Must be employed. May not be on strike. May not have quit/refused employment within 60 days from date of application. -Must be a Lake County resident and must not be receiving cash assistance, SNAP, or Medicaid in any other state at the time of the application. -Must meet citizenship requirements. -Household income within 200% of federal poverty guidelines. -Vehicle must be registered to PRC applicant. -Must provide proof of valid registration and insurance and current driver's license. -Must provide one estimate for repair.
