- Not yet citizens and who have been in the U.S. for not more than five (5) years at the time of enrollment. - Not more than three (3) years at the time of enrollment for vehicle acquisition. - Annual income must be 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. - Must have earned income from a job. - Must attend financial literacy training.
Monday - Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Dari, Pashto, Swahili, Arabic, Nepali, Burmese, Mandarin, and utilizes language interpretation services.
