<p>New patients may schedule an appointment in advance by phone or walk-in for their initial visit. Ongoing services are provided by appointment.</p>

Fees are paid by Medicaid.

Eligibility

<p>Open to individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (IDD) who meet Medicaid eligibility criteria. Psychological testing and adaptive behavior assessment must verify disability.
