Department Of Defense Safe Helpline | Rainn

Provides confidential crisis intervention, support and information to members of the Department of Defense (DoD) community who have been sexually assaulted. Safe Helpline can assist you if you have recently experienced an assault or if it occurred long ago. Safe Helpline staff will listen to your needs and concerns and discuss your long and short-term safety, resources and options. Perhaps most importantly, trained staff will be there to support you and let you know that you are not alone. The Safe Helpline is available via phone, chat and text. We also offer the Safe HelpRoom, which is a group chat service that allows sexual assault survivors in the military to connect with one another in a moderated and secure online environment at SafeHelpline.org.
