Eligibility
Open to residents of Boone, Campbell, Grant, and Kenton Counties who are either:
- age 60 or older, and/or
- current Medicare beneficiaries

Fees
There is no charge for the time spent on a case. If there are court costs, witness fees, or other fees Legal Aid will incur to handle a case, Legal Aid asks that clients pay them to the best of their ability.

Provides education and assistance to Medicare beneficiaries and other eligible individuals. Offers help resolving benefits issues and applying for other benefits programs.
