Application process

Individuals must create an account to be issued a PIN to contact an interpreter. After account creation, interpreters may be reached by phone call or through the LanguageLine App. Accounts may be created online at https://personalinterpreter.languageline.com/pi/go/login/create/

Fee

Full fee. Users of personal interpretation services are charged $3.95/minute for audio calls and $4.95/minute for video calls.
