Youth ages 16 and up can self-refer and attend for no more than 6 sessions prior to parent/guardian consent. For any other, a parent or legal guardian must enroll and consent to services. Referrals can be made by youth/families, Job and Family Services, Juvenile Court, and schools. Services begin with a comprehensive diagnostic assessment and then a treatment plan is tailored based on identified needs and goals to be met.
Fee-for-service; Medicaid, Private Insurance, Sliding Fee Scale, additional funding may be available.

Description
Program is designed specifically for adolescents (13-17, or until completion of high school) and their families to assist adolescents overcome emotional, mental, and substance use challenges. This program works closely with youth, parents, caregivers, schools, children services, and juvenile justice system to increase a positive outcome.
