Application process

Immunizations at the Health Department are by an appointment, walk-ins welcome. Satellite clinics are walk-in.

Fees

Fee per vaccine, $28 for first vaccine and $15 each additional vaccine due at time of service, Medicaid, private pay, and most insurances accepted.
