Those who have no health insurance must have household income at or below 400% of federal poverty guidelines to apply for financial help. Those living further than 150 miles from the main site may have other requirements.

Offers comprehensive assessment and care for Parkinson's Disease, including evaluation by a neurologist and physician's assistant, specially trained in movement disorders. Service includes occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy, and swallowing therapy. Goal is to develop endurance and independence through home exercise and other interventions. Also provides education on the illness for caregivers.
