Eligibility

  • Serves Tuscarawas County parents with minor children.
  • Income must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
  • Newly employed individuals must be employed 20 hours a week or more or be placed with a WEP assignment equaled to 20 hours or more per week.
