Assists with resume writing, job readiness, job searching, interviewing skills, an follow-up on job leads. Once a job is obtained, will work with the client to address any complaints or barriers concerning the new employer and provide on-the-job supports if needed. A work incentive program benefits analyst is also available to help individual with disabilities who want to work evaluate how employment impacts their benefits.
