Healthy Smiles, Bright Futures | Cleveland Metropolitan School District
Provides some oral health education, screening, and a program that seals healthy teeth. Youth who need follow up dental care or general dentistry following the procedure are referred to dentists who may accept insurance held by parents. For those who are uninsured, will share info. on public health insurance. Done in conjunction with Case Western Reserve University.

Eligibility
Students in grades 2, 3, 6, and 7th (ages 7-14) who are enrolled in district schools. District includes most of Cleveland, parts of Brook Park and Garfield Heights, and all of Bratenahl, Linndale and Newburgh Heights.
