• To enroll a three or four-year-old child who has a suspected delay, complete an online contact request form to begin the process
• Four-year-old children who meet income eligibility requirements may be enrolled by downloading and completing required enrollment forms

Free for eligible students.

Open to children residing within Kenton County School District boundary. Children must be either:

• 3 or 4 years old with an identified disability or developmental delay, or
• turn 4 on or before August 1st of the upcoming school year and have a household income at or below 160% of the federal poverty level
