Phone M-F: 9:00am-5:00pm for information or visit website for details on testing dates and locations. Some of the results may be ready during the appointment. Others will be ready in 2-4 days. Patient is contacted with any positive results.

Fees

Accepts most insurances. Individuals who are uninsured can meet with a financial counselor to talk about options. No one is refused care due to the ability to pay.
