Serves Athens, Hocking, Meigs, Perry, Ross, and Vinton Counties. Will also assist those who may qualify for “special enrollment” if they have had a "qualifying life event," such as starting or leaving a job, certain changes in income, and/or changes in family size (for example, if they marry, divorce, or have had a baby.) Note: Individuals must act within the first 60 days of the "qualifying life event" to qualify. Those who are not eligible for Medicare and who are curious about their public health insurance options. Individuals who have an income through 138% of the federal poverty level should consider getting screened for Medicaid before contacting the Marketplace or an assistor.

Photo ID, proof of income, W-2, and/or immigration cards/papers, Social Security card or number. It is helpful (but not required) to have an email account with username and password set-up before meeting with an assistor.
