Early Intervention - ages 0-3 years -This is a statewide system providing coordinated services to children with disabilities and their families. Services are provided in the home and community based where the family and the team work together to support the child. This program is meant to enhance the development of infants and toddlers with disabilities. Service and Support Administrator Services (SSA) - ages 3-13 yrs - Once a child turns 3 years of age and are eligible for services, the child and family will be assigned to an SSA who will provide a variety of supports and resources to help the child lead a happy, self-directed life. The SSA will also advocate for the child throughout their education, supporting both the child and the school in achieving desired outcomes. -ages 14-22 yrs - PCBDD works with students through high school graduation and their families to navigate high school and the transition into adulthood. SSA's can work with the students and families on community employment, community integration, and finding services to support their goals for after high school. -ages 22-end of life - SSA's help adults develop Individual Service Plans and determine what they want out of life.
