Provides assistance for consumers who want to register complaints concerning licensing, incompetence, negligence, quality of service, excessive fees, fraud, misrepresentation, unprofessional conduct, or other inappropriate business practices of licensed attorneys. Complaints must be sent to the Bar Association's Ethics Committee and must be in writing. No verbal complaints will be registered.
