URBAN AGRICULTURE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE | CUYAHOGA SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT
Provides information concerning gardening and urban farming in the soil including assistance with interpreting soil tests, how to get soil tested, stringing tomatoes, how to pull a hydrant permit, varieties of plants, sourcing organic materials, disease issues, etc. Also offers workshops pertaining to gardening, such as seed starting and organic amendments (fertilizers vs. minerals vs. soil conditioners). Does not provide any type of funding for gardening or urban farming. Assistance does not involve physical labor, such as planting, weeding or on-ground applications.
