Eligibility

Serves Summit County residents with severe and persistent mental illnesses, a recent psychiatric hospitalization, or who at risk of psychiatric hospitalization, and in need of long term support and rehabilitation.

Sliding scale based on income. Accepts Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance and funding from the Summit County Alcohol, Drug Addiction, and Mental Health (ADM) Services Board. Call for details.

Provides community-based behavioral and physical healthcare services in Summit County as well as housing support, homeless outreach, and supported employment. Serves as a safety net for those who suffer from illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depression, and personality disorders.
