Provides consumers with a listing of privately owned and managed multi-family buildings that are approved to receive subsidy from HUD. The list covers all counties in the jurisdiction, and includes the address, the property manager to contact, and a summary of each property. A list of subsidized buildings specifically for older adults age 62 and older (elderly apartments) is also available, and is also suitable for persons who are under the age of 62 and disabled.

Eligibility

No restrictions on who may access the lists (although there are income restrictions on who may live in some of the buildings and receive subsidy assistance). The northern half of the state is served by the Cleveland office. The southern half is served by the Columbus office. Those with felony records may be served by some private buildings on the list.
