- Serves individuals with an Adjusted Gross Income of approximately $69,000 or less
- Any age with W-2 wages
-Photo ID (must be a physical ID
electronic copy not acceptable per IRS). Taxpayers will not be seen if they DO NOT have their Photo ID.
-Birthdates for you, spouse, and dependents
-All tax forms (W-2, 1099’s, 1098)
-Form 1095-A (marketplace health insurance)
-Any information for other income (ie, Rideshare services)
-Social Security card (an electronic copy of your card is acceptable), Individual Taxpayer Identification Number – ITIN
Must have social security cards and birth dates of all dependents being claimed
- IRS PIN (if applicable). PIN issued by the IRS due to the client having identity theft issues.
- Total paid to daycare/childcare provider and their tax ID number
– NEW FOR 2026 IRS is no longer issuing refund checks and clients will need a Direct Deposit account established or will need to set one up before their tax return can be submitted to the IRS

Prior Year Returns (2024): Please notify tax payer at the time of scheduling their appointment that those who need 2024 tax returns completed, will be discussed during the appointment. It is NOT a guarantee that they will have time to get them completed, and a separate appointment may need to be scheduled.
Prior Year Returns (2023 and before): For those seeking to have their tax returns completed for 2023 and prior, MUST schedule an appointment AFTER April 15th.
Amended Returns: If a client is scheduling an appointment for their 2025 returns and also wants to amend their 2024 returns, the tax preparer will determine if there’s enough time to complete the requested Amended return, but a separate appointment might be required.
