Application process

Third party "Proxy Shop" is available. There must be a signed Letter of Proxy on file prior to shopping. Clients are required to submit a new letter of proxy annually. Forms can be obtained online or at the Market. Completed form must be submitted along with a picture ID and proof of residency of the customer and the person who is the proxy.

Coordinates the USDA commodities and Ohio Food Purchase Program distributions and runs the annual Operation Feed campaign.
