Eligibility

MUST be a Licking County resident, age 18-64. Must provide photo ID, utility bill, verification of address. Must be at 300% of the poverty level. We utilize HOUSEHOLD income.

Application process

Please call 345-1113 one hour before clinic times to schedule appointments. All patients should call to schedule an appointment so you can be screened before arriving at our building/office. Fees

$10.00 donation recommended. We do not accept private insurance, Medicaid, or Medicare.

Free Clinic of Licking County provides primary health care to persons, ages 18-64, who do not have a family physician and/or are low-income without medical insurance. If you have a medical emergency when the clinic is closed, please go to Licking Memorial Hospital. If you have a dental emergency, please call 2-1-1. We do not treat pain, women's health or STDs. There is a dental clinic in Zanesville that we can refer you to.
