Eligibility
Household's gross monthly income must be at or under 130% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Guidelines change yearly. If income is over limit, some households may still qualify if someone in household is elderly or disabled. To check eligibility online, use the Eligibilty Virtual Assistant (EVA) at https://ssp.benefits.ohio.gov/apspssp/ssp.portal.
