Students in grades 9 - 12 who are enrolled in the school district. Students who are parenting or pregnant also qualify. The District includes most of Cleveland, parts of Brook Park and Garfield Heights, and all of Bratenahl, Linndale and Newburgh Heights, but program is offered at specific high schools.
