Eligibility
Open to Mahoning County homeowners with an adjusted gross income of $40,000 or less who occupy the home they own as their primary place of residence and are age 65 or older or are certified as permanently and totally disabled.
Required documents
Photo ID or other proof of age.

Application process
Complete the application and return to Auditor's office by December 31st of the year in which the exemption is sought.
