Provides oversight of haulers and operators of solid waste facilities to ensure safe handling, storage and disposal of solid waste. Solid waste facilities include the landfill, transfer station, and composting sites. Also inspects illegal scrap tire sites, open dumping sites and illegal construction & demolition debris sites.
