PATH OUTREACH | MIAMI VALLEY HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES INC
Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH) program provides street outreach services in Montgomery County to persons experiencing street homelessness and living in places not meant for human habitation. These persons have also been diagnosed with a severe and persistent mental illness or dually diagnosed. PATH staff refers their clients to providers for mental health care, substance abuse treatment, recovery programs, housing opportunities, and other community resources. PATH aims to help each individual examine their personal goals, achieve their potential, and improve their quality of life.
